Community Fee
One time Community Fee to cover the initial setup costs and appraisals. This fee is non-refundable.

Transportation
Residents are provided with two transportation days a week for doctor's appointments.
Thereafter, on a monthly basis scheduled transportation within the city limits will be billed at $25.00 a service. Transportation beyond this scope, please check with the office management.
Charges will be included on the resident's monthly statement with the exception of telephone charges.
