One time Admission Fee to cover the initial setup costs and appraisals. This fee is non-refundable.
Care Levels
The following levels of care is a general overview of our five levels of care that Villa Del Rey Manor offers. However, due to personal needs you may find that your care plans may vary slightly from these definitions:
Basic Care
Resident is independent and does not require personal assistance, they may utilizes all of the basic care which includes: three meals daily, with snacks, 24 hour in-house staff, active social and activity program, housekeeping and laundry services.
Level 1
Level of Care Charge: $350.00
A resident who requires medication supervision, meal and activity reminders.
Level 2
Level of Care Charge: $550.00
Resident utilizes all basic services, level 1, and in addition requires assistance with one - two bath(s) a week and escorting services.
Level 3
Level of Care Charge: $850.00
Resident utilizes all basic services, level 1 and level 2 services and needs more than two bath(s) a week, assistance with dressing in morning and evening and personal hygiene on a daily basis.
Also includes additional services such as safety checks every 1-2 hours, incontinence care, and diabetic services.
Additional Charges
- Meal delivered to the residents room - $4.00 per tray
- Pet Deposit - $500.00
- Powered Wheelchair Deposit - $500.00
- Guest Meals - $6.00 per person
- Escort Service to Doctor's appointment with caregiver - $25.00 per hour
- Laundry - $15.00 per extra load
Transportation
The fee schedule includes two transportation services within a ten mile radius in one month.
Thereafter on a monthly basis scheduled transportation within the city limits will be billed at $25.00 a service. Transportation beyond this scope, please check with the office management.
Charges will be included on the resident's monthly statement with the exception of telephone charges.
